So the kids decided to build a fort today. Since dh had a 3 day weekend lasting till Tuesday and then I was sick Tuesday and Wednesday we didn't really get much schooling done :) I am also making a change with our curriculum. I have enjoyed doing HOD for the time, but I don't think Kayla is ready for LHFHG, so I am going to try out Sonlight Core A with her for now. I had originally left Sonlight to try to combine our 2 but that didn't work.
Friday was our first day doing Sonlight and I actually was able to get done by noon for TaeKwonDo class. I really think Kayla enjoyed doing Core A today too. I think the Children's Encyclopedia it uses is nice especially since there are so many pictures.
