Teaching multiple kids

   I just wanted to throw this out, teaching multiple kids is not as bad as I thought it would be. I really like our choice of going with HOD this year because as the child progresses they are able to become more independent with their work. I am blessed also that my dd who is 2 also really likes Dora so she can watch one while I work with the kids in the morning time. Noah is doing TT so I can work with Kayla when he does that and then we just kinda rotate. I get more of the reading to them done during quiet time when the baby and Brie take naps...well at least the baby naps :) Brie will stay in her room but not always sleeps. Finally I usually get a longer read aloud in before bedtime. Right now we are reading The Puzzling World of Winston Breen. Usually Kayla falls asleep to it, but Noah loves it and then he will stay in his room and consume books about small rodents ewwwww. He really wants to get a hamster or small pet. I know that I will have to do most the work with it now so I want him to be a little older before I get one, plus Coco our dog would probably eat the poor little thing, so not yet.
    Today is also Tuesday so that means we get Tae Kwon Do practice for Noah and gymnastics for Kayla. Kayla loves going to gymnastics. She has been asking me all day if it is time to go. Noah is going great in TKD and will test on Monday for his Blue belt!!! I am so excited for him.
